Job Description
What you’ll do:As an Assistant Market Manager, you will have the opportunity to help grow the Saint Cloud market! This means actively working with our new & current restaurant partners, onboarding drivers, and helping to manage the daily order flow. Collaborating & working with the local market manager to provide our customers, partners, and drivers the best service possible.
Some of your main responsibilities are as follows:
Deliver orders from our RR partners. Being hands-on and delivering orders when needed is a must.
Travel to smaller local markets as needed to help with marketing, driver training, tablet install and maintenance
Drive restaurant partner relationships via revenue growth & marketing initiatives.
Onboard and train new drivers
Assisting with the installation and maintenance of restaurant tablets for optimal efficiency
Collaborate with Market Manager in your market (support, payroll, recruitment, dispatch on delivery or other issues etc)
Dispatch orders to yourself and other drivers when needed
