We are looking for individuals that are interested in the automotive industry and would like to get started on their career. If you have experience it is helpful but not required.

We are currently seeking a Automotive Service Advisor to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner.
Discuss customer needs or concerns
Write service and tire estimates and present options to customer
Obtain customer and vehicle data
Technician support
Schedule appointments
Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture's specifications, using maintenance menus
Communicate the need for additional work when needed; explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time consideration and document properly on repair order
Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
Handle telephone calls regarding work in process and appointments
Review work preformed and explain charges
Assist the store manager as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive repair industry, sales, or other related fields
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Must meet company's drivers license requirements for employment
Customer service skills
Willing to learn point of sale system
Pass a pre-employment drug screening
Sales experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance
Detail-oriented
Salary: $36,000.00 to $48,000.00 /year
