We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Leasing Consultant for a luxury new construction high-rise gorgeous community in Rochester.
YOU MUST:
Love to lease apartments and love working with people!
Must have some leasing experience to be considered.
Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Work weekends.
Have high energy.
Exceptional customer service.
Positive attitude with excellent people skills.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
You will be paid a modest hourly rate plus a generous commission equal to a percentage of each lease. Great opportunity to make a lot of money in a short period of time. You just need to sell and produce leases. This is a fun, fast paced and rewarding opportunity! Most agents earn $70,000 + per year.
This is a contract leasing position; all you must do is lease apartments. No management duties are required. You will answer phones, email prospective residents, make appointments, tour the property, and make the sale. You will also be handling the new leases and renewals.
Preferred that you are computer knowledgeable: Excel, Word, and any Property Management software
Travel is possible for anyone with the ability to work in other states as we are a national leasing company and have properties all over the United States.
