Job Summary
As Bushel Boy's Pack House Supervisor, you will:
Play an integral role in the success of our company as you lead operational activities andprocess improvements.
Bring supervisory and management experience every day to help achieve team and organizational goals (Prior packingcenteror food management is highly preferred).
Demonstrate and build upon prior food industry experience.
Use strong people management skills to lead and trainin packingcenter.
Collaboration and communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus)

Responsibilities
At Bushel Boy's Pack House Manager, based in Owatonna, MN, you will provide overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of our product packing operation through the management of eight to twelve team members in a manner that insures quality standards are upheld, maximizes operational efficiencies, and contributes to profitability. We will rely on you to deliver high production output, uphold food safety standards, ship high quality products, and reduce waste. Critical to your success is your ability to maintain work team safety while controlling overhead/labor costs and packing operations.
Your ability to juggle multiple projects and see each project through to completion will not go unnoticed. As a partner in the growth of theorganization, you will drive profit goals and implement best practices as the company continues to expand at a rapid pace. Your food grade industry experience, which is highly preferred, will help you hit the ground running as well as enable you to handle the demands of our facility operations as you continually balance the competing needs of operations and packing. Bushel Boy Farms, a large scale, year-round, greenhouse grower of tomatoes is seeking a manager for their product packing operations. Normal work hours will be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F, with the ability to occasionally work longer sfhifts and Saturdays as business needs dictate.
