Beltone, Americas premier hearing care organization, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Hearing Care Specialist by 1) scheduling appointments, 2) identifying opportunities to increase sales, 3) serving as a liaison with the customer, and 4) acting as the customers point of contact after the sale.

Initiate and coordinate lead generation programs within the community.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Actively call current, past and potential patients through identified sources.Track and report appointment results.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Collect and distribute mail, messages and reports to office staff.

Maintain patient files and schedule follow-up appointments.

Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

2 years of previous office experience preferred.

Accurate data entry skills.

1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

Well organized, deadline-driven, with the ability to multi-task.

Effective networking skills.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and good computer skills.

Ability to sit at a desk for 70%“90% of the workday.

Willing to work flexible hours/days.
