Silent Knight Security is seeking energetic and dedicated candidates to start ASAP. Our Central Station is a 24-hour facility, operating 7 days a week. Its primary function is to respond promptly and appropriately to alarm conditions at customer locations.
Schedules may include a combination of 1st and 2nd shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
Job duties:
Notifying authorities (i.e.: fire, intrusion, etc.) and customers of alarm situation
Following-up with authorities to ensure alarm situation has returned to normal
Ensuring effective monitoring of customer opening and closing status
Documenting all alarms and malfunctions
Forwarding information to appropriate personnel for action and resolution
Maintaining and recording statistical data
Requirements
Experience working in an office environment
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to type 30 WPM
Reliable transportation
Attend 1st shift training for 2 weeks
