ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Original Pancake House mission and values
Build genuine relationship with guests
Present menu and provide information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food
allergies)
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Transmits order to kitchen by recording guests’ choices, identifying guest’s special dietary needs and special
requests
Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering
accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform server banking and POS duties in an efficient and timely manner while maintain a high level of
guest service
Be aware of current promotional events
Help to maintain organization and cleanliness
Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Perform other duties as assigned
