Sr Associate Insights ManagerJob DescriptionTITLE: Sr. Associate Insights ManagerLOCATION: Bass CreekDEPARTMENT: ORV MarketingREPORTS TO: Director, Consumer InsightsJOB SUMMARY:The Sr. Associate Insights Manager will be part of a collaborative team of insights professionals and will work on a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research over time. The main responsibility in this role is building out and managing our Customer Satisfaction Program. It will require managing several different studies throughout the year, analyzing data, translating insights, and sharing with leaders to affect the strategic direction of the business. It will also require expanding the program with new surveys, developing the right surveys to meet strategic needs, and coordinating with vendors and internal partners to streamline operations. The role will also help lead strategic projects requiring both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and working with outside vendors to craft a compelling and insightful story. The Sr. Associate is expected to develop best practices, innovate with new survey techniques or technology, and look for cost efficiencies. The role will also serve as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for educating internal partners on the value of consumer data on all phases of business growth and strategy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage the Customer Satisfaction surveys including survey design, analytics, reporting and execution details. Also coach others on how to leverage dashboards for self-help.

Manage vendor-led annual studies; work with internal clients to update questions, reporting, and ensure meaningful insights are provided to teams.

Manage or partner on strategic projects for the business unit leveraging qualitative and quantitative methodologies and craft compelling presentations for leadership.

Support the Insights and Product teams with analysis of the various CX surveys.

Partner closely with Data Analytics teams to ensure customer data is properly integrated into broader corporate studies.

Serve as the internal expert in quantitative research design, working to improve existing studies, find cost efficiencies, recommending innovative approaches.

Use business knowledge and critical thinking to help direct the interpretation, use, and implications of research to improve business decisions and knowledge base for future strategic planning.

Leverage communication skills to transfer analysis and insights from research into an effective presentation format, and present findings and recommendations to business partners and senior management.

Collaborate with Consumer Insights Director and Manager to develop strategies to articulate/recommend priorities for future research and knowledge development.

Commitment to learn the ORV industry, and keep up to date on third party industry research and invest time in learning research industry best practices.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

BS/BA degree in marketing, business, analytics or other relevant discipline related to the requirements of this position

3 – 5 years experience conducting market research and/or advanced degree program.

Experience with a wide variety of quantitative research methodologies and analytic techniques

Experience or interest in qualitative research methodologies.

Strong communications, ability to present confidently to partners

Innovative and creative in research techniques (from design to delivery)

Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced culture

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Able to synthesize results into concise written findings and strategic implications

Experience authoring surveys into survey software platforms
