Capital Finance offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing, purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.We are seeking an experienced and driven business analyst. We have recently moved from a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to a shared Salesforce CRM platform. Under the guidance of a business product owner, this role will provide support for our business users to adjust to the new platform, maximize the use and adoption of the platform, and fully understanding the business needs and use cases within the product. We have significant opportunities to further evaluate our business processes and find additional ways to automate, integrate, and optimize our CRM solution to create efficiencies, improve management visibility, enrich customer information, and improve data quality throughout the customer life cycle. The business analyst will be responsible for identifying detailed business requirements, creating thorough user stories, documenting business processes, and partnering with development organizations throughout the software development life cycle.Responsibilities of this role include:

Partner with application users throughout the business to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities for system improvement

Through analysis of the current state business process, platform functionality, and business needs, identify effective solutions that will yield benefits for the business

Create documented business process flows for current state and to-be state

Document user stories capturing thorough details for changes needed

Develop a deep understanding of the business

Partner with technology teams for the implementation of changes to the platform

Ensure cross-functional dependencies – including WFCF business, compliance & risk, legal, credit, technology, etc. as well as non-WFCF Wholesale partners – are identified, tracked, and addressed

Identify, escalate and resolve key roadblocks, dependencies, and risks (financial, control, process, and application) required to achieve application change success

Provide visibility and reporting to stakeholders of work status, strategy, and timelines

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite, and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:

3+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both

4+ years of implementation experience

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
