The Analytic Consultant 5 opportunity will report to the Reporting and Analytics Manager. This position will be responsible for creating and publishing automated, and non-automated, reporting to establish accountability and monitor performance across LOB’s and Risk types; including, but not limited to heat maps, scorecards and other reporting to measure progress against goals. This position will partner closely with SEO leaders and their respective teams to understand processes, priorities, data-driven needs and objectives in order to optimize data sourcing, reporting and delivery.Key responsibilities for this individual will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Lead the design and creation of intuitive business intelligence solutions and reporting to support business strategy and analyze performance, allowing management to drive operation effectiveness, meet regulatory expectations and realize efficiencies

Delivering analysis and insights through reporting, both automated and non-automated

Establish monitoring and accountability metrics to drive and maintain execution performance

Partner with key stakeholders and partners to develop end to end reporting and automation strategy

Develop and implement dynamic data visualization and technical solutions using SSRS, Tableau or equivalent business intelligence tools

Collaborate with business partners to assist in defining business requirements, consult on potential solutions and support reporting/data needs

Data sourcing and creation of ETL processes

Adherence to Wells Fargo data management/information security regulations and policies

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

Desired Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Tableau

Knowledge and understanding of data visualization -

Risk and finance regulatory reporting experience

Experience navigating through ambiguity
