We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Installation Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Answering 80-100 inbound & outbound phone calls daily
Responding to client questions regarding their service / other issues
Scheduling service appointments for company technicians
Communicating with customers to provide updates to them via phone, email and text
Data entry into a CRM system
Preform some clerical duties
Requirements:
1+ years of Dispatching experience
2+ years of customer service experience
High School Diploma required
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
Upbeat attitude / team player
Strong attendance
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday (plus 1 on-call weekend per month)
Pay: $17-19/hr
Location: Maplewood
