Position Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Process customer requests and orders in a fast-paced environment.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Help customers navigate our website and place orders both over the phone and online.
Work effectively with our vendors and shipping companies to quickly get answers for customers.
Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
Problem solve under pressure.
Requirements:
Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be responsive and able to work in fast paced environment when required.
Detail-oriented and have the ability to follow up on tasks.
Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Some college, Bachelor's degree or business school background preferred.
Any background in office furniture or transportation a plus.
Typing skills of 45wpm+ for efficient correspondence with customers and vendors.
2+ years customer service experience preferred.
Good problem solving and ability to think fast.
Drug testing required.
Compensation:
Full time position (8:30-5:00)
$18-$20+/hour to start - plenty of room to grow for right candidate
Additional commission program.
Paid vacation and personal/sick time.
401k/Profit sharing plan after 1 year.
