Local public accounting firm is looking for a mature, responsible person to join our firm. Flexible part-time position for 20-25/hours per week. Permanent position. Future full-time position is a possibility, if desired.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Doing bookkeeping/accounting work for small business clients.
Month end reconciliations for banks, credit cards and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements. Preparation of payroll and sales tax returns.
Other general duties, as required.
Must have good communication skills. You will have some client contact/interaction.
No travel to clients - all work is done at our office.
