We are looking for an OTR driver with flatbed/heavy haul/ stepdeck experience. Dispatch is incredibly flexible with drivers: we make sure they are comfortable with what they're hauling and where they're going!
Mostly legal loads, but occasionally oversize. We never tarp, we don't haul hay, and we don't go to CA or NY!
Requirements:
2 years CDL experience
Can pass a drug test
Clean driving record
Up-to-date medical
Good communication and customer service skills
We keep well-maintained equipment: we have our own shop to make sure our trucks and trailers are up to standard!
Nothing older than a 2016: Kenworth, Freightliner, Peterbilt
100% of health, vision, and dental coverage for the driver

1 week paid vacation after a year, 2 weeks after 2 etc
Pay is commission at 25% of the load
