We are currently looking for a contractor(s) to perform lawn care services this grass season and to perform various maintenance tasks such as lock changes, winterizations, clean outs and other property maintenance within a determined area. Experience is helpful, but not required as training will be provided and there is the possibility of a contractor performing just seasonal work (grass cutting, snow removal) or just maintenance work orders, but contractors who perform both see a higher work flow and higher revenues.
Contractors will need to have or have the ability to obtain their own reliable vehicle, trailer, tools, lawn equipment, GL insurance, smart phone, and have a basic background check completed. All jobs are within travel distance of home and pay is 1099 and is net 30 and contractors need to have the capital to be able to perform and complete jobs, with exceptions for beginning contractors as advances or providing materials for contractors can be arranged.
Contractors must be able to complete work orders within timeframes as work orders are time sensitive. The ability to reach and communicate with crews is required and an essential part of the work we do and good communication skills are needed. All work orders will come directly to your phone and you will take photos to prove the work is completed. Once you leave the property, your work is done and all submitting, bidding, and invoicing the clients is completed for you.
The more you want to work, the more you can make and a contractor is needed to develop zones to maximize work and increase the zones revenue. Zones have very good earning potential and our company consistently has work and needs a dedicated contractor to join us. We are an established smaller company that gets to knows our contractors personally and you will deal directly with the managers and the owner. We are a close group that looks out for our contractors and values them and the work they do and work hard to provide them with the best possible means to succeed that we can.
