This requires excellent scratch cooking skills and ability to manage all aspects of the kitchen. The schedule is a weekends. Daily duties are cooking, serving, dishes sweep mop, garbage taken out, basic prep work and all other duties that are required in a kitchen. Keeping the kitchen clean/being able to direction in the kitchen calmly and with care. This is a great job for someone who wants out of a larger institutional facility or restaurant and wants a regular schedule and peaceful kitchen. Must be able to pass a DHS background check.
