Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous and trusted service.
-Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet department sales forecast.
-Advise customers of recommended services and maintenance needs based on vehicle age, mileage and technician findings.
-Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
-Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses and possible changes.
-Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
Job Requirements:
This position demands strong customer service skills. The work can be fast paced and technically challenging. Excellent listening ability, phone etiquette, organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are helpful qualities for this line of work.
-Minor automotive knowledge helpful but not required
-Highly motivated personality
-Sincere passion for outstanding customer service
-Professional appearance
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Pass a preemployment drug test
-Possess a valid driver’s license along with an acceptable driving record
-Computer literacy
-Must have experience providing quality customer service
