Superior Shores Resort on Lake Superior is seeking a personable Server to join our team in the Superior Shores Dining Room. Our Superior Shores Dining offers a casual dining experience where the superb quality of food and service is complemented by the stunning views of Lake Superior.
In this position, you will create an intimate and high-quality dining experience for our guests. We are looking for a candidate who is warm and friendly, calm under pressure, and who knows how to be a team player.
Server Requirements and Qualifications
Prior experience of one-year of serving preferred
Must possess strong communication skills
Basic math skills
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop and bend during the entire scheduled shift except for required breaks
Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds on a tray, rack or bus tub
Familiarity with restaurant POS software a plus
Wine knowledge preferred but not required
