Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent for our 78-unit property in North Loop of Minneapolis, MN. Live on-site available; however, not required.
Hours for the position are as follows:
Saturday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
-Answer incoming calls professionally
-Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads
-Show & lease apartments
-Help prospects find the right apartment home
-Interact with residents & take work orders
-Follow up on apartment leads
-Assist with Move-ins and Move outs & maintain resident files
-Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager
-Yardi experience is a plus but not required
Qualifications and Skills:
-Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills
-Organized & Punctual

Salary plus commission on leases
