We are seeking candidates for a full-time Facility Maintenance Position, located in the North Metro, with full benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, including light repairs, painting, grounds maintenance, light construction, light electrical and plumbing (ie, changing bulbs/fixtures, maintaining rest rooms in good working order), completing miscellaneous work orders, etc. Some heavy lifting is required. Experience in general construction, electrical, plumbing or HVAC is helpful.
