Interested in a career working with animals at a vet clinic, have your own grooming shop or boarding kennel? Learn while you earn skills for a Zoo Tech, Vet tech, dog grooming etc. Walking dogs & cleaning up after dogs & cats, Learn basic grooming skills, bathing, drying, shaving, nail trimming etc. Learn to give insulin, vaccinations, giving all kinds of medications & learning about the different breeds of dogs & cats. Educate yourself about dog & cat foods etc, Assist in whelping & basic dog training.
2 part time positions. Shifts morning, afternoon & evening, varying shifts 7 days per week with 2 days off per week. Receive commission on sales of product & tips.
Must have basic computer skills, be good on the phone, have valid drivers license & have own car, Love animals, live a reasonable short distance from Amity Kennels & want to be kissed at work everyday.
