We Are Hiring Ascension Standish Hospital is a not-for-profit, critical access medical center delivering healing-edge care to permanent and seasonal residents as well as vacationers throughout Arenac County and surrounding communities. We offer 25 acute and critical care beds, 29 skilled nursing beds, and a wide variety of state-of-the-art outpatient services. Our staff, medical expertise, and technology go far beyond that of most hospitals our size. We are looking for a CNA/Ward Clerk for our Emergency Department. Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
Accommodates patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Nurse Aide credentialed from the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required

None required.
