A Deskside Support job in Midland, MI is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. This is a part time position, working onsite. Work schedule will be two days a week “ up to sixteen hours a week. Flexibility on which days you want to work. You will be the sole onsite person at this facility, with the entire technical team working out of headquarters in another state. Your time will be spent resolving incidents and requests that require remote, face to face or local knowledge. If you have previous deskside/helpdesk experience and can work the part time hours, you are encouraged to apply.

Deskside Support job responsibilities include:

Provide first line support for applications, network, servers

Answer helpdesk calls/issues “ work with end users at the deskside on issues

Provide accurate and thorough solutions to end users

Escalate incidents when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree or years of experience will be considered over education

Previous deskside support/helpdesk experience

Personality is also key in this position “ good communication skills and pleasant personality
