Signature Truck Systems in Houghton Lake has a Full Time, ENTRY LEVEL Fabricator position available. Base pay $16/hr; may increase with experience/skill. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Our fabricators create various items for propane delivery vehicles such as sub frames, truck bed, cabinets, drawers, toolboxes, fenders, etc.
Two or more years of experience OR a combination of experience with specific training. Able to produce clean, structurally sound (vertical and horizontal) MIG/TIG welds. Competent in sheet metal fabrication, read blueprints, basic math calculations, and vertical weld. Shear and press brake experience preferred. Must have own helmet, safety boots, hammer, square, punch and wire cutters. Must be a self-starter and be able to follow instruction and work independently in a time-driven environment.
