We are a design studio in Traverse City looking for an intern or entry level customer service associate to join the team and help us grow.
Job responsibilities are as follows:
-Correspond with customers about design projects, proactively respond to requests
-Send out quotes, answer customer questions, and turn inquiries into sales
-Send out design updates to customers and create a great experience for the customer
-Manage the project life cycle
-Compile marketing photos and update social media
-Creatively open doors with companies that may need our services
Job starts in October, 2020, and is based at the studio in Traverse City. Looking for approximately 20 hours per week, hours can be flexible. Looking for someone who may have project design experience, drawing and sketching experience, and is friendly and customer service oriented.
Compensation is entry level, with great design experience and interaction with top customers via our studio. Possibility for growth within our small studio. You will gain an invaluable working knowledge of what we do, and it's a fun industry in which we work.
