Stratford Group is looking for maintenance person or team to manage a small community in Hillman MI. This position will require interaction with resident, vendors and future resident with a professional demeanor and appearance. Person or team will be responsible for day to day operations of the community, as well as the face of the community for future residents.
As part of your compensation, 2-bedroom managers unit w/some utilities included - plus an hourly wage; based on experience.

Grounds maintenance
Cleaning of common areas and vacant apartment
Basic plumbing and electrical skills
Day to day maintenance of units and common areas
Unit turn skills – painting, maintenance, and cleaning
HVAC/Boiler experience a plus
Knowledge of lawn mower and snow blower maintenance is a plus
