RECRUITER part time to join our Michigan Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will source, screen and recruit hourly sorting and inspection talent for our automotive manufacturing customers in the Detroit area, as well as other locations in the Up-State region.
You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with established 3rd party candidate sources (Mi Works, Goodwill, Salvation Army, faith based placements agencies, etc.), effective use of online based recruiting tools, participation in local hiring events, and interviews ensure consistent candidate flow.
REQUIREMENTS
At least ONE YEAR of recruiting experience working for a LOCAL staffing company with a practical knowledge of local candidate markets, competitors, and geography
Knowledge of online based recruiting tools (ZIP, Indeed, Facebook etc.), their use and how to manage postings and updates
Experience scheduling, organizing and participating in job fairs and local hiring events
Familiar with the rules, regulations and administration of pre employment drug testing and criminal background screening
Effective time management skills, able to work with a minimum of supervision, able to organize, maintain and update employee files and records on a daily basis
