MC Molds Inc is seeking an Entry Level CNC set up assistant \ Tool Crib Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Keep Tooling cribs clean and organized
Review CNC Set up tooling list and get tooling and fixtures prepared for production
Support CNC Operators and CNC Supervisor as needed
Download required CNC programs to controller and Set up tool libraries
Monitor CNC tooling inventory
Load tools into CNC machines and touch tools off
Saw and pull stock for upcoming production runs
Operate Drill Press as needed
Set up and operate 3-axis Vertical CNC Mills as needed.
Assemble Molds
Debur, tap and counter bore holes
Clean machines and surrounding area as needed
Complete Monthly CNC Preventive Maintenance
Monitor and fill coolant
Experience is a plus but will train the right candidate.
