The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Hierarchical Condition Categories Adoption Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by : Assisting customers with implementing the HCC Management software by leading detailed discovery sessions to understand current population management / audit workflow, CDI workflow, as well as customer challenges and objectives for improvement in these areas Conducting end user application training for HCC auditors / CDS’ Training customers on how Natural Language Understanding (NLU) powers the HCC Management solution and providing ongoing related education Creating customer paths to success by analyzing reporting with respect to HCC capture, Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) gap metrics, productivity, etc.

Supporting customers on a monthly basis using the customer performance metrics to guide recommendations on workflow and best practices using the HCC Management solution Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of eleven (11) years of experience in Nursing or Health Information Management in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree education requirement Current CCDS-O and / or CCDS credentials Seven (7) years of combined experience in Outpatient Revenue Cycle and / or Outpatient Coding industry and / or customer service or account management experience Two (2) years experience in working with software application workflows and ability to translate client needs to actual functionality Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : Risk-adjusted coding experience Aptitude and understanding of outpatient revenue cycle metrics Competency with Excel Demonstrated familiarity with interpreting graphs Ability to manage multiple customers at once Travel : 50% Relocation Assistance : No relocation for hire required Location : Remote employee or located in Pittsburgh office Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.
