We have a 48 unit apartment Community in Allegan, MI where we are looking for a Property Manager. Due to the size of the property this will be a PT position of approximately 24 to 28 hours per week. The Property Manager is responsible for leasing, and management of the property.

Duties:
Proficiency in working with computers
Experience with Yardi software preferred
Experience with property maintenance and resident management preferred
