The candidates will assist the General Manager I assisting and directing, coordinating and participating in perpetration of food served. Assist in managing the day to day operations by labor, ordering food and supplies and developing the restaurant team.
Assists in controlling profit and loss by following cash controls, security procedures, maintenance of proper inventory levels and managing labor.
Assists in ensuring food quality, facility cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Candidates need to have at least 1 year experience in restaurant management.
