Be a key member of our growing team! We are an innovative, privately owned management company in Cedar Springs looking for a trustworthy, customer service oriented, experienced property manager for our mobile home community. A strong work ethic is a must!
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
-Having an upbeat attitude and offering excellent customer service to all of our residents
-Being very team oriented and being able to be relied on to do the job to the absolute best of their abilities every single day
-Work with residents to collect rent, enforce rules, and ensure profitability of the community
-Keeping organized payments, late fees, court costs and fines
-Respond to potential residents, provide tours, and maintain high rental percentage
-Keeping the maintenance men organized and delegating duties to them
-Constantly driving around the community to make sure everyone is keeping their home and yard up, and accessing warnings/fines accordingly
-Conduct evictions and document all financial transactions and delinquent accounts
