Dragonfly Home Care is looking for a responsible, caring and enthusiastic person who will be in charge of 6 disabled people.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support in all areas of daily living as needed by individuals.
Interacting and communicating in a manner that is respectful toward all individuals.
Creating an environment and guide activities in a manner that ensures health and safety of individuals.
Providing a positive role model for individuals and co-workers
Providing complete, accurate and timely documentation
Performing task that contribute to the day to day operation of the home (such as cooking, cleaning, laundry)
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to successfully complete training required for position
18 years or older
The ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
The ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner
