Sentinel is seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to join our Support Services Team. This person will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate technical issues and resolutions with the customer. This person should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented.
This is a full time opportunity with the ability to work remote from any continental US location reporting to our Grand Rapids Office as needed.- 2+ years of experience working on Cisco Catalyst platform
- 2+ years working with IOS-XE platforms (3850, ISR 4k series)
- OSPF and EIGRP operational and troubleshooting experience
- experience with Cisco ASA or FTD platforms
- Experience with VPN configuration
- Experience with wireless environments
- Familiarity with Meraki platform
- Cisco CCNP preferred
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, is required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
