The Environmental Services Manager manages and assures that the Medical Center is maintained in the highest degree of cleanliness.
Overall Requirements
-Administrates of policy and procedures
-Initiates promotions and dismissals, evaluates and documents performance and initiates corrective action
-Inspections throughout the hospital are conducted on daily basis
-Communicates efficiently with the President and the rest of the team
- Conducts in-service training
-Conducts orientation of employees
-Work Experience
Have health care experience
-A least two years in management
-Has been responsible for: inventory control, employee staffing, scheduling of training, explaining policies.
