This is a working position.
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall operations for the kitchen/back of the house.
Responsibilities include cooking, scheduling, ordering food and supplies, inventory and keeping track of food cost and waste.
Must ensure standards for food preparation and kitchen safety techniques.
Banquet cooking various events.
