Job DescriptionHuman Resources GeneralistHere is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one to two years of HR experience, utilizing basic databases and applicant tracking, solid customer service, strong verbal communication for a temp to hire opportunity.In this role, you will be working within the Human Resources department.
Providing administrative support
New hire paperwork
New hire benefit orientation
FMLA/Leave processing
Benefit bill reconciliation
Employee transaction processing
File creation and maintenance
Data Entry
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years of HR Experience
Strong customer service skills
Strong detail orientation
Knowledge of HR laws and general practices
Intermediate level of MS Excel and Word
Ability to work independently
Self-Starter
Ability to learn quickly
