Hiring for a Food Prep Position
Hiring Two Full Time Sandwich Makers
We need to add employees at our Wholesale Kitchen. This is our 31st year in business and we are looking to add two more employees to our team!
SERVSAFE Certification very desirable.
Located in Sterling Heights, off 15 Mile Road between Mound and Van Dyke.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Making Sandwiches, Salads and Food Prep.
Shift includes keeping your area organized and operating in a sanitary manner.
Utilizing approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
Cleaning work area, equipment and utensils.
Preforming prep work such as washing, cutting, opening product, etc. Weighing and measuring designated ingredients.
Preforming other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (end time varies daily depending on volume).
Averages 38-42 hours per week
Rotating Sunday Shift 8:00am - 12:00pm (each employee is required to work one or two Sunday shifts per month. Sunday shift is ALWAYS paid at TIME AND A HALF!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Food experience is necessary
ServeSafe Certification is helpful
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Able to work quickly on your feet all day long.
Able to keep work area clean and organized.
Hard worker that is reliable and shows up daily.
