Job Summary
Looking for an experienced computer/network technician for a full time position.
The position will include computer software and hardware repair, virus cleanups, diagnostics, network troubleshooting, remote support and server management.
The position will include visiting clients on premises and performing network/server installations, as well as on-site diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
Duties may include: Answering phones, greeting walk-in clients, going on-site to business and/or residential clients to perform repairs, data entry, remote monitoring of computers and servers
Qualifications and Skills
Technical skill requirements:
-Must be experienced with computer repair and software support for Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
-Must be experienced with Server 2008 or newer including Active Directory user management
-Must be experienced with Microsoft Office
-Must be experienced with setting up and maintaining network infrastructure
