KMG Prestige, Inc., a premier property management company, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician at Forest Hills in Battle Creek, MI (136 Units). Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the industry and an HVAC certification is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to unit turns, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC and janitorial experience.
Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, able to work on an on call rotation schedule, must have excellent customer service skills and own their own tools. Basic computer skills are a must as well as a valid driver's license and vehicle. The position requires the candidate to be willing to assist in maintenance at three different locations as needed, complete snow removal and some light grounds keeping and pool maintenance.
