5+ years experience leading software engineering teams with a history of shipping successful SMB and enterprise on-premises apps. (We are open to new leaders when the right candidate comes along, Duo is a great place to lay the foundation for a successful leadership career)

You are technical and most excited to support people who are as well. Allow your team to stand on your shoulders by providing them with effective professional development plans.

You have a history of supporting your teams to apply technical solutions that solve end user problems.

You take the time to understand the core business model and can make sense of the work your team does and how it fits into the success of the company.

Excellent written and oral communication skills that you leverage to align teams, groups, and customers.

You value automated testing as much as writing expressive clean code and support your teams in their pursuit of craftsman level execution and engineering excellence.
