We are a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company operating in the Southbridge-Worcester-Framingham-Fitchburg-Winchendon area. We are currently looking for drivers to transport clients to and from hospital/doctor's appointments, dialysis, addiction treatment centers etc.
We are looking for drivers who meets the following qualifications:
- Reliable
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business demand (Typical business hours are between 5am- 5pm but daily schedules vary)
- Drivers that have worked with MassHealth clients will be highly recommended however its not a requirement
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license (Preferably Massachusetts or surrounding States)
- 3 years driving experience
- Clean driving record (Cannot have more than 3 traffic violations in the past 10 years)
- Pass CORI/Background check
- Pass Fingerprints check
- Pass Drug test
- Provide current physical exam to show the applicant is fit for the job
- Must have emails access. Daily schedules are sent through emails.
- Have a working cell phone with voice, text and data. You will need to constantly communicate with our dispatch team.
What the company provides:
- Pay starting at $14/ hour. You still get paid regardless of cancellations or no shows.
- Guaranteed 40hrs a week with opportunity for extra hours.
- Company provides a vehicle. You are allowed to go home with the vehicle after work.
- Company pays for tolls, driver pay for gas. We drive newer year Priuses, 50mpg.
- Company pays for vehicle maintenance.
- Driver safety training will be provided.
