We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivate,and organized help desk individual to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. You will also respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and handle service issues, approvals, and installations in a timely manner.Foster good customer relations and service at all times.Monitor and maintain the knowledge database functionality to include tracking tickets issued, outstanding, completion time etc.Maintenance of IT equipment such as PC's, servers, networking equipment, label printers and bar code scanners.Troubleshooting WAN/LAN and wireless connectivity issuesDesktop/Laptop image creation and managementIP Phone setup and supportWorking hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AMSkills:Proven ability and desire to rapidly understand ever-changing and new technology, and quickly become an "expert" in its use and the ability to effectively support it in a fast paced environment.Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Excellent time management and communication skillsResponsible and reliable, with a good work ethic and positive attitude.Ability to monitor network and servers.Requires the ability to lift up to 75lbs, bend, squat, reach, twist, climb a ladder, run network cable and operate scissor lifts to access and repair equipment.
