Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking team members for our industry-innovating clients located in Clinton and Devens! Our clients produce a high volume of medical devices to support surgeons, doctors, and medical facilities worldwide.
Training is provided and experience is not necessary, but does help! People with experience in any fast-paced environment do well in this role. Shifts are rotating 12-hr shifts, so this is a good opportunity for someone who wants to earn with consistent hours.
Some responsibilities of the job:
Take samples & perform a visual inspection of the product (no dimensional).
Pack, packing & labeling of the product. Fill out the documentation (charts & log sheets).
Sitting when doing 100% inspection (which is 20% of the time) standing all other times (80%).
Large scope of products and activities in position; typically responsible for multiple machines (2-4).
Perform housekeeping and rework as required.
Lift up to 30 lbs, pushing, pulling.
Requirements:
HS diploma or GED.
Practical use of basic math, measuring instruments, charts, logs.
Visual Acuity Attention to detail.
Quick learner ability to rotate and deal with large scope of work.
Communications: read/write in English, interpret W/Is charts, graph, manuals.
