We are recruiting for Machine Operators / Assemblers for our client, a manufacturing company in Northborough, MA. These are DIRECT HIRE position and we have all shifts available. The main responsibilities will be to fabricate medium-sized plastic parts through pre-assembly and machine operation - full training will be provided!
Responsibilities:
- Verify tools, materials and process against requirements
- Operate all equipment (including loading, unloading, setup, maintenance)
- Fabricate parts per requirements
- Check quality of parts per first piece inspection
- Support Quality, Safety and Environmental Programs
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year related experience in manufacturing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available Mon-Fri. These are direct hire opportunities and full time with OT available. The pay rates are $13-$14.95/hr depending on shift.
