Position Overview
A motivated, self-starter that adapts well to a face paced, changing environment. Ideal candidate would excel in multi-tasking & client facing skills. Position ranges from performing onsite pickups at client sites to assisting with Operations
Essential Job Functions
Assists with inventory/triage functions as needed
Performs other work related duties as assigned
Helps load & unload trucks (client pickups/deliveries & downstream)
Drive company trucks
Perform onsite pickups as lead
Knowledge of different levels of reporting
Knowledge of job tracking folders and documentation required for each
Assist with materials movement
Assist with building security, maintenance, access, etc. as needed
Booking downstream loads, logistics, Bills of Lading, order creation, Operations calendar updates, etc.
Help maintain supplies, tools, maintenance, etc. for both company vehicles
Begin to become familiar with key functions of our online databases (Google Docs & AuditBench)
Become fork lift certified
Security awareness. Sign drivers/visitors in & out
Weigh/locate all downstream pallets released from production area
Travel will be required for this position

Ability to represent the company professionally at client sites
Other Skills/Abilities
Forklift Certified (plus but not required)
Medical DOT card and truck driving experience (plus but not required)
OSHA certification/knowledge of rules, regulations, etc. (plus but not required)
Clean driving record
