Front of House Manager
Employee shall manage all aspects of the Restaurant, in coordination with management team, and under the supervision of ownership;
Job responsibilities include:
Ensuring that the restaurant is covered with sufficient staff in all necessary positions.
Maintain a professional company image, including restaurant and bar cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards.
Control Profit & Loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions
Responsible for systems and supervision of all food quality controls, quantity controls, food execution, and all food safety regulations and requirements
Maintain inventory
Maintain cost of goods sold, and comps
Responsible for food and beverage events and caterings.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Leads staff in promoting all events both on premise and off premise.
Ensure a safe working and guest environment
Hire and train all non-salaried staff
Builds a great rapport with restaurant patrons and staff alike.

Requirements:
Basic Kitchen Knowledge.
Ability to stand on your feet for several hours & able to lift at least 50 pounds
Experience working as a supervisor/manager in a full service restaurant
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Must be experienced with computers; to include Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook, E-mail
