Kforce is partnering with a well-established Professional Services Firm that is seeking a Director of Finance in Worcester, MA. Summary: The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading accounting functions, financial planning/budgeting and leading a team of 5. Responsibilities include:
Leading month end close
Preparing annual budget
Presenting financials to equity holders
Leadership guidance of day to day accounting functions (GL accounting, analysis, client billing, AP and AR)
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
8-15 years of Accounting and Finance experience, in a professional services environment (law firm, CPA firm, etc.)
Strong Systems and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to lead a team and be a hands on leader
Comfortable presenting results to leadership
