Witman Properties Inc, a Holyoke based Property Management company is looking for someone to fill our receivables admin position.
The ideal candidate is someone who is okay with sitting at a desk and cranking away with their work, works well with others but also on their own, good with spelling/grammar/simple math, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task.
We also have time sheets that come written in Spanish. You will need to be able to translate them to English for billing purposes, as well as be able to communicate with guys if you have questions.
The job tasks include:
Photos
Check daily if photos are uploaded in Gmail and have required pics of receipts and time sheets.
Ability to locate work order photos and organize per address
Download photos into camera uploads folders in Dropbox
Timesheets
Staying current on billing timesheets
Add up hours
Verify cover sheets for payroll
Verify timesheet information is correct (name, receipts, date, photos, WO number, lunch)
Calling select employees for missing information (Spanish & English speaking)
Invoicing employee time sheets
Ability to verify locations with GPS tracker
Check trash sheets
Using program(s) to:
Input work orders
Input times and receipts
Create invoices for work performed
Generate new work orders for incomplete or new time sheets
Entering receipts
Doing payroll
Generate excel sheet for payroll
Making sure employee hours are correct
Additional tasks
Assisting office staff with various admin tasks
Experience: with construction, accounting, and Quickbooks is a plus.
Degrees: Associates (minimum)
