KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up and operate CNC lathe FANUC controlled equipment with minimal supervision. ABILITY TO PROGRAM USING MASTERCAM AND/OR SOLIDWORKS IS A BONUS
- Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machines when necessary.
- Make type offset adjustments to maintain dimensional integrity.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operation sheets.
- Work to close tolerances and have experience in machining a variety of metals such as inconel, titanium and aluminum.
- Complete applicable documentation (shop Traveler, first pc, AQL, maintenance logs, etc.)
- Comply with work rules including those pertaining to the Quality System and safety.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of CNC LATHE machining experience.
